Tampa, FL – July 24, 2025 — Steve Harris and Fred Arnold take the spotlight at ISE Expo 2025, held July 29–31 in New Orleans. Representing Learning Alliance Corporation (LAC) and Learning Alliance School of Continuing Education (LASCE), both leaders bring decades of insight and impact to this year’s sessions. Steve Harris, a nationally recognized author, educator, and ISE Expo Advisory Board member, currently serves as Founder and Senior Vice President of Harris DigiTech Academy & Solutions, and Senior Vice President of Continuing Education at Learning Alliance Corporation. Harris has developed over 500 technical training courses and supported the career paths of tens of thousands of telecom professionals through his work with SCTE and other industry groups. Fred Arnold, Executive Director of Learning Alliance Corporation (LAC), has championed broadband workforce readiness through scalable training solutions and employer-aligned career pathways. Arnold’s leadership has been instrumental in creating apprenticeship programs, employer partnerships, and national workforce initiatives that empower both veterans and civilians to thrive in the telecom sector. This session will explore how artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), automation, statistics, and data science are transforming network operations. Harris will also unveil new SCTE Python and Data Analytics training programs and digital skill badges, offering attendees practical tools to implement data-driven strategies. In addition, Harris and Arnold will co-lead a Workforce Development Executive Insights Panel Discussion & Half-Day Program on Thursday, July 31, starting at 8:00 AM. This collaborative session will dive deep into the current broadband workforce landscape, sharing strategic solutions to recruit, train, and retain skilled professionals. Attendees will gain insight into scalable models for workforce development and successful employer-educator collaboration. As active contributors to the ISE Expo Advisory Board, both Harris and Arnold are helping shape the future of telecom education and innovation. Their combined focus on next-generation technologies and workforce evolution addresses the industry’s most urgent needs and opportunities.
